Buyer must pay the full amount and clear the unit out within 3 days.

Acceptable payment methods : Cash, Money Order

Buyer must arrange for pickup 24 hours prior to arriving at the facility.

There is a $100 refundable deposit that must be left prior to access to the unit.

The deposit will be only refunded if the unit is emptied and cleaned completely.
