Buyer must pay the full amount and clear the unit out within 3 days.

Acceptable payment methods : Cash, Debit, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Money Order, Certified Checks

Buyer must arrange for pickup 24 hours prior to arriving at the facility.

There is a $200 refundable deposit that must be left prior to access to the unit.

The deposit will be only refunded if the unit is emptied and cleaned completely.
