Buyer must pay the full amount and clear the unit out within 3 days.

Acceptable payment methods : Cash

Buyer must arrange for pickup 24 hours prior to arriving at the facility.

There is 200 refundable deposit that must be left prior to access to the unit.

The deposit will be only refunded if the unit is emptied and cleaned completely.
