Facility Terms and Conditions
Non-occupants who have paid in-full for any auctioned unit must follow the rules and regulations of the storage facility. Unloading of sold property must only be done during regular business hours. 5 MPH speed limit at the facility. No food or drink allowed inside the facility. Do not connect any items to electrical outlets. No open flames of any type. No outside waste may be brought in for disposal in facility's dumpster. Remove all trash and unwanted items from the sold space. Do not put any unwanted items in unleased space. When unloading sold property, buyers must park parallel to the building to allow traffic to flow. There is no backing of vehicles straight or at an angle toward any space. Do not prop open any facility doors. Manager must approve any lock cutting. No smoking at any time inside the facility. No semi-trucks on the facility grounds. No loitering. No horseplay is permitted in or around facility. No animals, except for service animals permitted. A cargo lift is available solely for the purposes of moving property; buyers and guests must abide by any and all posted rules concerning elevator operation.
Auction Terms and Conditions

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $200 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Moneyorder, Certified Checks

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.

Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: Monday - Friday: 10:00AM - 6:00PM ,Saturday 8:00AM - 3:00PM ,Closed Sunday and federal holidays
