This place is a joke, closed on a Tuesday cant get anyone here to let me pay for the unit i won. Drove 3 hrs and no one will be here until noon, so now i have to wait for another hr. Who runs a business this way, never coming here again, waste of time and money
According to the Auction Terms and Conditions, you need to phone to make arrangements. Apparently, you have been informed of the office hours when you set up an appointment to come and pay for the unit.
There was no tag on the locker and all the stuff was gone through prior to my arrival. Look at the picture you took when the locker was opened and then look at the pictures from the auction. Everything that was originally on the left side, was moved to the right side. Guess thats why you said your closed on a Tuesday and made me wait til wesnesday to retrieve everything. Gave someone an extra day to go through the locker and take whatever they wanted out, if i had seen there was no locking tag on it prior to paying i would have not paid. Thats against the policy its suppose to be locked and tagged and left alone.
No reply from this place so they must have reviewed their photos and now know i was correct and everything was gone through after the auction ended. Which of course is why there was no tag on the locker.
