Additional Notes About This Unit
This 1961 Mobile Scout Trailer has been sitting in storage for quite some time, but she is in good condition for her age. We do not have the title, so this is "as-is" with no warranty sale. We will provide the highest bidder with a bill of sale. We do not know much about her, but she would make a great project for someone looking to restore a true vintage classic! Or even perhaps someone wanting to make a "She shed" out of her. So many possibilities with this beauty! She comes with a bathroom and shower, full kitchen, AC unit, plenty of storage, and original wood interior. Her frame is currently on cinder blocks in the unit, and tires need to be replaced before she's ready to move again. There is an embossed mark on the trailer that reads ""61M172073". CASH ONLY for trailer. Deposit can be CASH or CC.

All cleanout of units will be done during normal business hours. Any trash left onsite will incur loss of deposit and banning from all future auctions.

This unit has a 7 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 7 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $500 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or Money Order, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Moneyorder
