Additional Notes About This Unit
Unit contains ladders, various metal piping, doors, windows, and misc. Scrap yard RIGHT NEXT DOOR to our rental office!!!!

Please note: Winning bidder has 72 hours from auction ending to claim unit (see terms and conditions). If not claimed within 72 hours, we WILL move onto next highest bidder. Winning bidder will have 7 days total to clean out unit. For example: If auction ends at noon on a Friday, you will have until noon the following Friday to clean unit. NO EXCEPTIONS! Refundable deposit will not be returned until unit is inspected and found empty.

All cleanout of units will be done during normal business hours.

This unit has a 7 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 7 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $500 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or Money Order, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Moneyorder

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.

Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: 9am-5pm
