No smoking and no pets on property. All Sales are FINAL. AS IS WHERE IS. NO REGRETS, NO COOLING OFF PERIOD. Failure to clean out a unit will result in your being banned permanently. Damaging the property and leaving without calling and making a report to the Police Department or the Landlord may result in Criminal Prosecution. Buyer pays Bid13.com separately and in addition to the amount bid.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Paypal, Moneyorder, E-Transfer

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.

Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: 8am to 6pm Mon-Sat & 1pm to 6pm on Sundays ,Call to schedule an appointment before arriving at facility.
