Additional Notes About This Unit
~$200 deposit PER UNIT, unless discuss otherwise with manager. Will be returned once units are cleaned and no debris or items are left in units in dumpster or around facility.
~Must come during business hours! 9-5 Mon-Fri and be completed by 9-2 Sat.
~3 DAY MINIMUM to clean out unit to recieve full deposit, 4-7 days 50% of deposit will be returned. After that the unit will go back on auction and no monies will be refunded.
~If bidder needs to rent unit for a month or two the deposit will be held until tenant or bidder moves out.
~PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE LOCATION OF THE FACILITY AND THE FEES INCURRED REQUIRED TO PAY BEFORE BIDDING
~WILL BE BANNED for future bidding if do not follow directions above.
~BId 13 charges a fee to use their site for bidders, and only charge on CC their fee, the unit bid on winning amount is to be paid at facility.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $200 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.
