Once the unit(s) is (are) sold and funds received, items must be removed within 72 hours. Since this is during the holiday season, we will be extending the cleanout time to December 28, 2021 to have unit cleaned out. A cleaning deposit of $150 cash is required but will be returned once the unit is clean and swept. Dumping or Trash Removal is NOT Available on Site. All items must be removed off property. Highest bidder may sign a new rental agreement and store items in that unit upon approval by owner.
This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.
This unit has a $150 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
