The way our auctions work:
We are not a manned unit. We speak via phone and take payment including cleaning deposit. I'll then provide you with a gate code and unit access code. You'll have 3 days to clean out the unit. Once it's clean, text me photos of the clean/empty unit and we'll process the cleaning deposit refund via check back to you.
You'll drop the lock in a lockbox on your way out! :)
This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.
This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.
