There are a number of different reasons why auctions get cancelled but the most common one is that, the lien tenant has come in to pay their outstanding balance. When this happens, we are legally obligated to cancel the auction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Facility Terms and Conditions
CASH ONLY. Unit must be completely emptied within 72 business hours of close of auction. Access to the unit will only be given during business store hours. Dumpsters are not available on site. A $200 CASH cleaning fee will be assessed when unit is paid for, this will be returned upon mgmt. verifying unit has been emptied out completely. If Unit is not emptied in noted time frame, you will be obligated to pay a full month of storage. If buyer does not make arrangements with the facility, the facility will clean out the unit and the deposit will not be returned. We do not prorate the rent. If you choose to rent the unit, you must contact the location to complete a contract in your name. CASH ONLY will be accepted at the location. D Highway Storage exercises neither care, custody nor control over the stored property. Gate access facility. Buyer must secure unit with a lock. The Owner and the Owners employees and agents are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to any property stored in the space regardless of the cause of the loss or damage. No warranties are guarantees are given.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $200 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash

Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: Pick-Up and Access Hours 10am to 4pm during business hours only. ,Please call ahead to schedule an appointment. ,No smoking on property. ,No pets allowed.
