1. All payments must be made by cash or credit card. The winning bidder must present the confirmation code and a photo ID at the time of payment.
2. $100.00 deposit will be due and payable to Affordable Self Storage. This is a security deposit to ensure that all contents are removed from the property by 5:00 pm Monday, October 16, 2023. In the event that any of the contents are not removed by Monday, May 20, 2024, at 5:00 pm the successful bidder forfeits the $100.00 deposit and the contents of the storage space unless arrangements are made with Management.
3. If the successful bidder has not come forward and paid the amount bid in full that space will be offered to the next highest bidder.
4. All goods are purchased as is, where is.
5. We will provide access to the building on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 10 AM - 3 PM, Sunday May 19, 2024 by appointment, Monday, May 20, 2024, from 9 PM-5 PM. Units purchased in the 24-hour area will have a code assigned for the gate and/or door and have 24hr access. That code will be deactivated on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 5:00 pm.
6. Do not attempt to run the elevator. Only personnel from Affordable Self Storage are permitted to run the elevator.
7. Per order of the Fire Marshall, there is no smoking allowed anywhere in the building.
8. All persons visiting the premises of Affordable Self Storage are here at their own risk including purchasers in this auction for the entire period required to remove the personal property they have purchased.
9. Please return ONLY photos, legal documents, and medical records (marked with the unit number) to Affordable Self Storage.
This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.
This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
