This unit has a $50 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Moneyorder, Certified Checks

This unit is a non-lien which means that the facility are the owners of the unit. They are trying to sell leftover items from previous tenants to make more room for new tenants. A lien auction is where a tenant has not paid their outstanding balance. The facility cannot through those units because of legal reasons.
