Additional Notes About This Unit
Charity auction! A very dear customer recently passed away. His family came & took any personal items, but the rest I am auctioning for them. I let them use a few smaller units, just to be able to move around in the big unit. I am listing the small (easy) ones first. Larry was a traveling science teacher who truly loved what he did. Proceeds will go into a memorial fund to make sure the projects he loved will continue. He would see one thing in a storage auction he wanted, so would buy it, ending up with all sorts of random things. That's actually how we met him! I only listed what I could see in the very front of this unit, who knows what else is back there! -Melody

This unit has a 2 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 2 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash

Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: 9am - 5pm
