This unit doesn't look that full. There was a vehicle stored in the back of the unit. We were unable to get the title straightened out and had to remove it from the sale. I tried to show the black tire skid marks from dragging it out in the video. We had to unpack the unit and then put everything back in. It is NOT a catch all unit.
The owner has until 4:00 PM October 22nd to make good on his charges.
This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.
This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit in cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
