Additional Notes About This Unit
10x30 unit with 2 access doors. Winning bidder must have unit completely cleaned out by 8/30/20. We have a few auctions going, check them all out.
Facility Terms and Conditions
Auction winner must call our office at 517-914-2010 by the next business day after auction ends, between the hours of 9 am - 4 pm to schedule their clean out appointment time. Be sure to call set up an appointment! Do not just show up. There is a $200 Cleaning fee that will be charged in addition to auction winning total. At the time of appointment arrival, auction winner will be shown the unit and given 3 days to empty the entire contents of their winning unit. Once the unit is completely cleaned out, auction winner, will call our office and report they are done. Leave a voicemail if no answer. We will inspect the unit and issue a business check reimbursement for your $200 cleaning fee mailed to the address Bid13 provides for the auction winner within 3 business days of the day the unit is cleaned out.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $200 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash
