Prohibited Items: The buyer is responsible for notifying the facility of any prohibited or hazardous materials found and disposing of them lawfully. No Refunds: All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. Legal Compliance: Bidders must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the acquisition and disposal of unit contents. Facility Rights: The storage facility reserves the right to cancel or postpone the auction at its discretion. By participating, bidders agree to these terms and conditions.

This unit has a 1 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 1 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order, or Certified Check, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover
