Under the judicial lien process we offer this unit for public auction. Terms of sale are cash, debit or credit card payments. The auction is open to the public bid. However, those tenants in auction, alternates, access users or associates of the tenant are not permitted to bid on this auction and are not permitted on the property unless express written permission has been provided by the facility in advance of the auction. The staff will require the winning bidder to provide photo ID to enter the property. The facility reserves the right to deny any party access to the property or auction for any reason, at any time. Threatening, menacing, violent, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and those deemed in violation will be removed from the property immediately and not permitted to attend any future auctions. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances Blue Water Self Storage LLC makes no claim of any kind as to any value or condition of the contents within the unit. No Smoking No Pets on Property No Use of Dumpster Buyer must leave the unit broom swept, all trash removed, and the door down with the lock removed.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $50 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.
