Facility Terms and Conditions
We collect credit card payments at the end of the auction. Please call during office hours to pay. WE DO NOT HAVE AN ONSITE OFFICE. We charge a $100 cleaning deposit in addition to the winning auction bid amount. The cleaning deposit will be credited back as soon as the unit is verified cleaned out. There is no on-site dumpster. Auction winner is responsible to remove all contents of the unit and leave it swept clean. Office hours are M-F 9a-5p EST. Office phone is (616)591-6226. AUCTION WINNER WILL RECEIVE A TEMPORARY GATE CODE AND UNIT LOCK COMBO AT TIME OF PAYMENT. Unit access hours are 24/7. You will have 3 days from the end of the auction to remove all items from the unit and leave it clean. If that is not completed the cleaning deposit and auction amount will be forfeited and access will no longer be allowed. All Lein laws must be followed. We reserve the right to cancel any auction up until payment has been received from the winning bidder.
Auction Terms and Conditions

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $50 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.
