72 hours to clean out, no dumpster privileges, gate access during business hours only. Must Clean out the entire unit! Tax is charged at the facility. Deposits are based on the size of the unit and are as follows: 10x10 and smaller - $200, 10x15-10x20 - $250, 10x25 and larger - $300, No Smoking on the property. No pets on property. This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $200 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
