Facility Terms and Conditions
1.) Bidders must be at least 18 years old and have a valid photo ID. 2.)Bidders bid on the entire storage unit, not individual items, and all bids are open and competitive. The highest bidder wins the unit and must pay in full immediately. 3.) The tenant may have the right to pay their balance and reclaim their property until the sale is final. 4.) The winning bidder shall have 72 hours to clear out the unit, leave it in broom swept condition, or rent it under their name. 5.) All Sales Final. Farmington Mini Storage makes no representations as to the value, condition or from where contents originated. 6.) All personal paperwork/computer records, family photos, social security cards, birth certificates, government issued licenses or ID, tax records, medical records, school diplomas, and work history on computer hardware or computer disc information pertaining to this unit must be boxed and returned to Farmington Mini Storage immediately. 7.) The Buyer acknowledges that in certain circumstances beyond our control, Farmington Mini Storage has the right to void any sale of any unit due to evidence of a wrongful sale or paperwork error. The Buyer agrees and will be refunded the original purchase price of the unit that was auctioned in order to prevent court litigation. 8.) You are responsible for your own safety and those with you at all times while on any storage facility or moving company property. No pets of any kind or smoking is allowed on any storage facility or moving company property.
Auction Terms and Conditions

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $200 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Check, Certified Check, or E-Transfer, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Certified Checks, E-Transfer

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.
