-72 hours to clean out the unit from the end of the auction. -$200 refundable deposit required (unless specified in the listing.) The deposit will be fully refunded if all items are removed from the unit/ facility and the unit is broom swept. -There is no dumpster on the property. -All items are sold AS-IS where is. -The office for this facility is not located onsite. It is located about 5 minutes from the facility. -Once you have paid you will have afterhours access to the facility if needed. -If you need more than 3 days to remove the items there will be a $20 per day charge.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $200 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, or E-Transfer, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, E-Transfer

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.

Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: 9:00-4:00 Monday-Friday. Other hours and Saturday by appointment only.
