Additional Notes About This Unit
Furniture from a very well off doctor's office, all cherry wood, cabinets, desks, computer cabinets, lighting, display cases and a small safe. All beautiful and kept in excellent condition, wrapped in plastic by the movers and handled gently.
Facility Terms and Conditions
Upon purchasing a unit, management must see ID to verify and generate a gate code for temporary use while clearing out the contents of the locker. Access is 24 hours a day with gate code. We provide trash cans for small trash but do not haul off large items (ie. furniture, picture frames, etc), they are the responsibility of the tenant or auction winner. We provide broom and dust pan upon request and expect unit to be cleared of all items and swept out before reporting to management that the locker is emptied. We do not provide a lock for your use while clearing contents of your locker, once we have verified your identity, issued your gate code and removed our lock for your access, it is your responsibility to secure. Bid winners may take longer than the alotted time to clear out a unit if they pay for a full month rent, no partial month rentals are allowed without written consent from management. If someone other than the auction bid winner is to enter the facility, management must be notified with ID info first. All of the above terms must be complied with in order to earn your cleaning deposit back.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $200 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, Money Order, or Certified Check, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Moneyorder, Certified Checks

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.
