There are a number of different reasons why auctions get cancelled but the most common one is that, the lien tenant has come in to pay their outstanding balance. 1. Pick up during office hours. 2. Use of the property's dumpster is prohibited, buyer must remove all items from unit and is responsible for disposing of any trash off-site. 3. Take all the contents of the storage except photographs and personal documents such as identification of any kind, social security or other personal documents. Report these items to the storage manager. 4. Security deposit will be refunded once the storage is inspected and found clean. 5. Sales are final and there is no warranty of any kind. First Street Storage is not responsible for the items that may be found inside the storage units. First Street Storage is using Bid13's online auction platform as an intermediary. 6. Credit Card cleaning deposits are accepting with the understanding that a refund of the deposit can include a processing delay of 3-5 business days. 7. Winning bidder has 72 hours to respond to the storage facility to pay the cleaning deposit and purchase price and made arrangements for pick-up. If highest bidder fails to respond within 72 hours, the sale will be awarded to the next highest bidder.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $150 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.
