Custom Notice: *CLEANING DEPOSIT IS CASH ONLY* Buyer is responsible for removing the entire contents of the unit. The buyer must present a valid state-issued photo ID at the time of pickup. The buyer agrees to leave any personal items (birth certificates, passports, driver's licenses, photo albums, bank statements, etc.) found in the unit with the Property Manager at the time of removal. Use of the dumpster not allowed. Office hours: (Central Standard Time) Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; FreeUp Storage Brookdale Avenue reserves the right to deny the sale of the unit for any reason including, but not limited to, the attempted purchase of the unit by a tenant currently in default. All property secured by winning bids must be removed within 72 hours. Customers have been known to store illegal substances, so please check each item carefully. FreeUp Storage Brookdale Avenue is not liable for any illegal contents removed from the storage space by the winning bidder.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Moneyorder, Certified Checks

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.

Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Closed 1pm-2pm for lunch
