All personal paperwork and photos found in the unit must be returned to Best Bett Mini Storage management.
Facility Terms and Conditions
Please call (509) 378-6131 to set up an appointment in order to collect your items from the auction. We require that all personal paperwork/documents and photos of the previous occupant be returned to the facility manager. Our gate hours are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. which is the time you will have to pick up your items. Once the unit has been emptied and cleaned out with the personal items turned to the manager, your deposit will be returned.
Auction Terms and Conditions

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $200 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.
