• Winning bidder shall make contact with D&K Storage by call or email within 1 hour of auction end. REMOTE MANAGED FACILITY, buyer must make appointment to meet. • The space must be fully vacated within 72 hours of the sale unless other arrangements have been made with D&K Storage. After 72-hours, any items remaining in the storage unit shall be considered abandoned to D&K Storage to dispose of as we see fit. Failure to remove all items will automatically result in loss of privilege to attend future auctions as well as forfeiting cleaning deposit. • Buyer must present valid state issued photo ID at time of pickup. • D&K Storage reserves the right to deny sale of unit for any reason including, but not limited to, the attempted purchase of the unit by a tenant currently in default. Customers have been known to store illegal substances, so please check each item carefully. D&K Storage is not liable for any illegal contents removed from the storage space by the winning bidder. • Buyer to bring lock to secure unit.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $100 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash

Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: remote managed, by appointment only.
