*CLEANING DEPOSIT IS CASH ONLY* Buyer is responsible for removing the entire contents of the unit. The buyer must present a valid state-issued photo ID at the time of pickup. The buyer agrees to leave any personal items (birth certificates, passports, driver's licenses, photo albums, bank statements, etc.) found in the unit with the Property Manager at the time of removal. Use of the dumpster facility will result in additional fees. Office hours: (Central Standard Time) Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; FreeUp Storage Lake Park reserves the right to deny the sale of the unit for any reason including, but not limited to, the attempted purchase of the unit by a tenant currently in default. All property secured by winning bids must be removed within 72 hours. Customers have been known to store illegal substances, so please check each item carefully. FreeUp Storage Lake Park is not liable for any illegal contents removed from the storage space by the winning bidder.

This unit has a 2 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 2 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $100 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Moneyorder

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.

Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM ,Lunch: 2PM-3PM
