This is a cash only auction. If you win the auction, you will pay your bidder fees to bid13 and then pay cash for the unit on site at the facility along with the cleaning deposit. You will have till 5:30pm of Sep 2nd to show up at the facility and pay for the unit or it will go to the next bidder. You will have till Monday at 12pm to empty the unit. If the unit is not emptied by then you will forfeit the deposit. Deposit will be returned as soon as the unit is verified empty.

Purchase payments are made to our office directly, (Your bidder fees that you pay to bid13 are not the same as the purchase payment) and required within 24hrs of sale and purchase payment methods accepted are Cash, money order or card only no checks. Deposit of $100 for each unit purchased MUST BE PAID IN CASH (we have no way of refunding a deposit paid by card so must be cash deposit) THE DAY YOU COME TO CLAIM YOUR UNIT. You will need to COME DURRING OFFICE HOURS, pay the required deposit and we will give you access to the unit and provide you with a gate code to use while emptying the unit. You must contact our office the day auction ends to pay and or schedule payment and pickup. You will be given 48 hours to empty the unit from the date of sale close. Any units not emptied by the set deadline deposit will be forfeited, if you are unable to empty by the dead line you can rent the unit in your name on a month to month basis. Deposit will be refunded at the time the unit is emptied and will not be applied to renting the unit. The sale is conducted pursuant to the Iowa “Self-Service Storage Facility Lien” Chapter 578A of the Iowa Code. Each of the spaces has been inventoried and sealed. The items have been untouched and remain exactly as the customer placed them in the storage space. Some units may be redeemed by customers prior to auction and take precedence over information contained in this sale bill. We will be selling units in their entirety, meaning that all items contained in the storage space will be sold to one bidder. All items purchased auction day are “as is, where is.” We do not warranty or guarantee any item. All items or spaces may not be available on the final day of the sale. We reserve the right to refuse any and all bids. Buyers must secure spaces with their own locks.
