Please note when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival. The office hours of this facility are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 3 pm, No weekends. Call 715-824-5665.
Facility Terms and Conditions
Buyer must call Monday after the auction to arrange a payment and pickup time for the lock to be removed from the unit. Proper ID is required in addition to a deposit. Buyer must pay the full amount and clear the unit within 3 days. Acceptable payment methods: Cash ONLY. There is $100 refundable CASH deposit that must be paid prior to access to the unit. The deposit will be only refunded if the unit is emptied and cleaned completely. Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival. The office is only open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. No Weekends.

This unit has a $100 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
