This unit has a $200 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, Debit, Visa, or Mastercard, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

If my bid is accepted I can come in and pay cleaning deposit and bid amount, correct? Also once unit is emptied in the time frame and cleaned then I get my cleaning deposit returned correct? Thank you

i thought you cut lock film then close door put on tag and new lock .
now your pulling out stuff . why ?????
i agree. this is a lien unit, lien units are supposed to be as owner left it. this is so sketchy especially for this amount of money. if they expect us to abide the rules and regulations of bid 13 and the facility, the they should be penalized for allowing things like this to happen.

This is illegal- BIG*PAPAS*GIRL is correct- they are not to even step foot inside let alone remove anything!! I’d avoided it.
