The bid amount (plus provincial taxes) must be paid within 24 hours of the sale closing, and MUST be emptied out no later than 10:00 am on Friday May 20, 2022.
Failure to claim a won auction will result in the deactivation of your account.

This unit has a 2 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 2 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.
This unit has a $100 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

Just to be clear you pay the auction price plus the taxes plus $100 cleaning fee?
It is free to create a Bid13 account and there are no monthly fees. The only time you will be required to pay is when you win an auction. At that time, there is an additional 15% buyer's premium, charged to the credit card you entered when setting up your account. For example, if you win an auction for $50, there will be a buyer's premium of $7.50 (plus applicable sales tax) charged to your credit card at the end of the auction.
The final bid amount and cleaning deposit are paid directly to the facility. The cleaning deposit will be returned to you as soon as the unit has been fully cleared.
