No after business hours access will be available. A security deposit of $100.00 will be required at the time of the winning bid. This will be refunded after pick up is complete. When you win the bid, you agree to take everything. Dumpster is not available for use. Arrangements for pick up must be made within 48 hours after winning bid by calling 231-486-5437 to set up a time to meet at the storage facility. WE DO NOT HAVE AN ONSITE OFFICE. All lien laws must be followed, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone an auction. All sales are final. We request that any confidential documents or remains must be left in the unit.

This unit has a $0 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
