Our facility collects credit card payments over the phone immediately upon auction completion. Please call 231-683-2013 during business hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm. Once the payment is processed, the auction winner is given a temporary gate code for use during the clean-out time period, as well as the combination to the lock on the unit. Once the unit is cleaned out, the auction winner has the option to text pictures to the number above, showing the cleaned unit (unit # visible) to receive their cleaning deposit refund quicker. Buyer has 72 hours from auction completion to remove the contents from the unit. We do not accept cash payments. WE DO NOT HAVE AN ONSITE OFFICE. All lien laws must be followed, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone an auction. All sales are final. We request that any confidential documents or remains must be left in the unit. To receive the full cleaning deposit refund, units must be broom swept and completely empty.
This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.
This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
