Additional Notes About This Unit
Contents must be cleared and deposit must be picked up 48hr after payment. Clean deposit is forfeited beyond that time.
Facility Terms and Conditions
Facility Gate opens at 5am and closes at 9pm EST. A $25 convenience fee is charged for anyone inside the facility past 9pm EST and in need of a temporary exit code. Cleaning deposit made in cash and a copy of a photo ID will be requested upon arrival at the facility. A Keyfob will be given to auction buyers for facility access. This Keyfob MUST be returned to the front office during hours of operation (9am-5pm Mon-Sat) after unit has been cleaned out in exchange for a refund of the cleaning deposit. Cleaning deposit will NOT be refunded if unit is not left in "broom clean" condition 3 days after buyer has been granted access.
Auction Terms and Conditions

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $150 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash
