This unit has a $200 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

Hello, A lien auction is a unit that has been abandoned by the original storage tenant. On the other hand, a non-lien auction, manager's special or charity auction is the sale of items that are the personal property of the facility.
