It appears, the gentleman did not cut lock, or locked the lock, or secured the security tag in the video.
How do know, if the locker auction followed protocol?
You can't know for sure if all protocols are followed after or before they making this video's/photo's. In case if you win this unit, at the time when manager will be showing winning unit, take extra few minutes for closer investigation, look and compare objects on the photos with actual objects. At this point you can use really bright light but you should never walk inside of the unit or touch any belongings. During this introduction minutes in case if you've noticed any difference or dislocation of any items inside of the unit you must point it to the manager right the way and demand your payment back. Usually any dislocation would be really noticable and manager would not have any options but to lock his unit and take you back to the office for full refund.
It happened to me few times and I would strongly recommend during unit introduction time be extra patient before letting manager leave. Bring your friend, in this case you won't feel any pressure from management. After receiving your payment back, you can contact bid13 website and explain to them about this incident, you and your friend can leave bad reviews with proper description and warnings to the future bidders about this storage facility.
THANK YOU, Detergent, I noticed lock and security tag was not locked or secured.
Zoom up on lock.
I think, I have come upon 2 bad storage company lockers.
Both the same company.
