Auction ends at 12:00pm PST on Friday, July 30, 2021 (last minute bids may extend auction per bid13.com terms). Winning bidder has until 3:00pm Saturday, July 31, 2021 to pay for unit and complete paperwork via e-sign document. (NOTE: No staff on site, all paperwork must be completed via e-sign document and payment made by credit or debit card prior to arrival). Winning bidder has until 5:00pm Tuesday, August 3 to completely clear out unit. If unit is not 100% clear by 5pm August 3, 1 full month of rent will be due and/or $100 deposit will be forfeited.
Winning bidder is required to pay 6% Idaho State sales tax which may or may NOT show up on the invoice from bid13.com. This is a requirement by the state of Idaho unless a valid resellers permit can be provided to facility at time of payment.
$100 refundable cleaning deposit required for each unit purchased. Once unit is completely cleaned out to owners satisfaction, $100 will be refunded to the same card used to purchase the unit.
Buyer is allowed access to purchased unit 8am to 6pm DAILY - NO EXCEPTIONS! This is for the protection of our current tenants. Buyer will be assigned gate code which will only work during the listed hours.
Buyer has until specified time stated to completely clean out unit. Buyer may also rent unit at currently monthly rate for minimum of 1 month (with 24hr access).
Additional terms buyer will be required to agree to prior to access:
Buyer agrees to the purchase of the storage unit and assumes responsibility for all items inside the storage unit at time of purchase. Purchase is considered final, and access to facility (during listed hours only) will be granted to buyer upon payment in full. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seltice Mini Storage, and its employees. Buyer also agrees that all of the contents inside the unit purchased must be removed by the date specified above. If the unit is not cleared or not left in reasonable rentable order, and/or vacated by the deadline, Seltice Mini Storage shall keep the $100.00 deposit and any contents left inside the unit shall become property of Seltice Mini Storage, unless unit is rented by buyer for a 1 month minimum at the current rate. No garbage dumpster is provided, buyer must properly dispose of unwanted items. If the unit is left dirty or if items are left behind, any fees incurred for disposal by Seltice Mini Storage will automatically be charged to the card used to purchase the unit. Any unpaid balance will be turned over to collections and buyer will also be responsible for any collections fees charged (up to 50% of the balance owed). Seltice Mini Storage reserves the right under state law to re-locate items from original unit into a different unit prior to auction start.
Seltice Mini Storage reserves the right to VOID any auction purchase made by friends, family or other acquaintances of the outstanding tenant, for any violations to bid13's terms & conditions, and/or for any other reason. Any violation of these terms may result in unit being relisted for auction at a future time.
