All payments must paid by cash at the Storage facility. Deposit of $100 and Purchase Payment in full is required prior to taking possession of the storage unit and must be made within 48 hrs. if auction ends on a Saturday and within 24 hours if an auction ends on a Thursday. You must contact our office the day auction ends or the following business day (please remember we are closed on Sundays so if an auction ends on Saturday you either need to come to our office before 3pm or wait till Monday) to schedule a time to meet with office staff to make payment, pay deposit, and get gate access information. If an Auction ends on a Thursday we will give you till the following Sunday (3 days later) to empty the unit completely. If auction ends on a Saturday we will give you till close of Business the following Thursday to empty the unit completely. Any units not emptied by the set deadline deposit will be forfeited, if you are unable to empty by the dead line you can rent the unit in your name on a month to month basis. Deposit will be refunded at the time the unit is emptied and will not be applied to renting the unit. The sale is conducted pursuant to the Iowa “Self-Service Storage Facility Lien” Chapter 578A of the Iowa Code. Each of the spaces has been inventoried and sealed. The items have been untouched and remain exactly as the customer placed them in the storage space. Some units may be redeemed by customers prior to auction and take precedence over information contained in this sale bill. We will be selling units in their entirety, meaning that all items contained in the storage space will be sold to one bidder. All items purchased auction day are “as is, where is.” We do not warranty or guarantee any item. All items or spaces may not be available on the final day of the sale. We reserve the right to refuse any and all bids. Buyers must secure spaces with their own locks.
