All sales plus tax are FINAL and no refunds will be issued. By bidding on this unit you are verifying you are at least 18 years of age and agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein and by Bid13. Payment for the unit must be received in full at the storage facility within 24 hours after the auction closes. Payment must be made with either cash or debit, no exceptions. Failure to claim a won auction may result in the unit being awarded to the next highest bidder. The winning bidder must present Photo ID at the facility. Only the winning bidder will be allowed to pay for and enter the unit, no proxy will be allowed. Buyer must provide a $200 CASH cleaning deposit in addition to the sale, to be returned after the unit has been inspected by an employee of the facility and unit verified as emptied. Units must be fully emptied within 72 hours of the close of auction. Failure to remove all items from the unit will result in the cleaning deposit being forfeited to the facility. If longer time is required to clean out the unit, the unit may be rented from the facility for no less than the standard monthly rate and without any discounts. Buyers are limited to accessing the units during office hours of the specific facility. Buyers will not be given an access code or permitted access outside of office hours, unless they rent the storage unit from the facility at the standard monthly rate. NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL is available at this facility. Buyers must remove all contents of the unit off the property at their own cost. If any contents are left behind in the unit or on property, the buyer will forfeit their cleaning deposit. All vehicles are sold as is, the seller makes no guarantees on the condition of the vehicle. If the vehicle requires a tow truck to move it, the buyer must arrange and pay for the tow truck at their own cost. The seller may or may not have the legal title of vehicle. The seller recommends that you contact your local vehicle licensing office regarding the procedure to transfer title and ownership prior to bidding. By bidding on a vehicle, you agree to these terms. The storage facility reserves the right to cancel any sale if the default tenant pays and redeems unit prior to auction sale finalizing. The sale is not considered finalized until the winning bidder comes to the facility and pays for the unit. It is the Buyer's legal responsibility to return all personal property, papers, photos, legal documents, tax returns, etc., to the storage facility for return to the tenant. If the Buyer finds any illegal materials or firearms, then it is the Buyer's legal responsibility to declare and notify the local police authority of items for seizure.
