IMPORTANT: ALL ATTENDEES AND BIDDERS MUST READ: By participating in the auction, each bidder and attendee agrees to be bound by the following Rules and Regulations: >>>WINNING BIDDERS WILL ONLY HAVE ACCESS 10AM-4:30PM; THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY. -> -> You do NOT have access outside of office hours and will not be able to remove your items any time beside what are listed above. ---> IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER AND YOUR CARD ON FILE WITH BID13.COM GETS DECLINED, YOU HAVE TWO (2) HOURS TO FIX AND PAY BID13.COM BEFORE YOUR WINNING BID BECOMES NULL AND VOID AND AN ALTERNATIVE BIDDER IS SELECTED <--- 1. Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid. 2. The winning bidder (hereafter "Purchaser") buys the entire storage unit and all contents therein, unless otherwise noted in the posting. Purchaser is required to remove everything from the space and leave it in "broom swept" condition within the time given. 3. Bidders will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding 4. If you would like to rent the unit after the auction, the site manager can assist you. 5. Personal items, such as, but not limited to: family photos (e.g. wedding and birthday photos), and documents (e.g. birth certificates and passports) found within the storage unit should be returned to the site manager immediately. Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the facility, storage workers and the owner of the storage facility for all claims and demands relating to these personal items. 6. The defaulted tenant has the legal right to pay what they owe for the storage account thus canceling the auction up until the payment is received from the winning bidder. 7. Bidders may not collude or coordinate in any way. 8. All goods are sold "as is." There are no warranties or guarantees of any kind. The storage facility makes no warranty of title. Bids will be made based on visual inspection only. 9. The storage facility reserves the right to cancel the sale for any reason. Sales are not concluded until all paperwork is completed, and tenant accounts are verified for any payments received prior to the transaction with winning bidder at the property. 10. This is a public sale. The storage facility makes no guarantees or representations regarding the privacy, security, or the confidentiality of your information. 11. The storage facility is not responsible for any damage/injury to persons or property that occurs during, after, or as a result of, participating in this sale. 12. The storage facility reserves the right to null and void the auction and sale of any unit. 13. No pets allowed at facility. 14. Smoking is prohibited on the property. 15. If a motor vehicle is pictured in a unit up for auction, please realize (unless otherwise stated in the auction), the vehicle and any items inside the vehicle are NOT included in the auction. 16. Bid13 has final say on all issues including whether to refuse a bid if a bidder has disrupted an auction or violated our Terms of Use. - Payment, Pick Up and Disposal - 1. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT ONLY! 2. Sales are final, and bids are for the entire unit. 3. Purchaser must have a Paid Invoice in order to pick up unit contents. 4. Purchaser must provide a valid Photo I.D. to the Site Manager before being given access. 5. A refundable cleaning deposit is listed in the auction details, payable in CASH, is required! 6. Purchaser only has access during the facility's posted office hours, within the given clean-out time-frame. 7. If you have an Unpaid Invoice, please update your credit card in your account and click "Pay Now" to generate a Paid Invoice. 8. If your credit card declines for payment of Bid13's fees, you have 2 hours to pay said fees or the unit may be offered to alternate bidders. 9. Sales tax must be paid or Purchaser must present completed Resale or Exemption Certificates for every unit they purchase. The signature on each certificate must be original and currently dated; no posted or predated certificates will be accepted. 10. Purchaser must remove all items from the unit and leave the unit in a broom swept condition. No exceptions. 11. The Purchaser may not resell goods on the storage facility's property. 12. Purchaser forfeits all rights to all goods not removed within the given time-frame, and agrees that the storage facility may, at its election, resell or dispose of the goods without further notice to Purchaser or any refund of monies paid. 13. Trash and unwanted items must be disposed of off our property (use of any dumpsters or trash cans on-site is prohibited). 13. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit. 14. Respect the property, managers, tenants, and other buyers at all times. Any violation of these rules or the rules expressed by any of the facility's storage employees may result in bidders being barred from future sales. The storage facility reserves the right to refuse to do business with any person.
