Additional Notes About This Unit
Winning bidder agrees to all terms and conditions set by JSS Gresham. At the conclusion of the auction, winning bidder may contact JSS Gresham. APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE for lock removal and unit opening - there is not an office on site. If no contact is made within 48 hours of auction close, the unit will be forfeited and becomes the property of JSS Gresham. Winning bidder has 72 hours from time payment is made to completely empty unit. ALL items must be removed, there is no place to leave trash or unwanted items behind. If anything is left behind, deposit is forfeited. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Questions can be submitted to Tanner@justsimplestorage.com

Note: All terms listed below are superceded by any facility or auction terms listed above.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days claim the unit. Upon claiming the contents you must remove everything by the end of that office day. All pickups must occur during facility office hours.

This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Debit, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover
