Facility Terms and Conditions
A code will be given to you to enter the facility or a member will meet you there (request with text or email), within 3 days of auction. All items must be taken, no trash onsite. Any variation from this will cost a daily fee of $100, and after a total of 5 days post auction, items will be re-auctioned or disposed of without any refund to buyer. Trash or trashout of unit will cost $350.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $200 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, Debit, Money Order, or Certified Check, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Moneyorder, Certified Checks
