Facility Terms and Conditions
Winning buyer will be required to put down a returnable deposit in cash once the unit they purchase is empty, all contents are removed from the premises and the unit is left broom clean. The deposit amount will vary based on the size and how full the unit is. Once an appointment has been made with the facility to remove the contents the prevailing bidder will be provided with the amount of the deposit.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $300 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
