Upon conclusion of the auction, an invoice will be sent via email to the winning bidder. Credit/Debit card payments are accepted as well as Google Pay and payment instructions will be sent with the invoice. We do not accept cash payments. We do not have an onsite office and the facility is not gated.
All lien laws must be followed, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone an auction. All sales are final. We request that any confidential documents or remains must be left in the unit. To receive the full cleaning deposit refund, units must be broom swept and completely empty. It is helpful if you can text pictures of the cleaned unit to 269-716-1603 after you've finished with the unit. Cleaning Deposit refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.
This unit has a $50 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
