Additional Notes About This Unit
The winning Bidder is required to make their payment at the property within 24 hours of the auction closure. It is mandatory that they have a valid photo identification present along with a copy of the confirmation of the winning auction. The contents within the unit must be removed within 72 hours (3 days) of the completion of the auction, during storage office hours. Please note that some of our facilities require cylinder or barrel locks, instead of padlocks. If you do not already possess the correct lock type, you will be required to purchase one at the facility to secure the unit until it is emptied.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $100 cleaning deposit. You must pay this deposit with: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Please note that some facilities will charge an additional fee for credit card processing.
