We will give you 72 hrs to clean out the unit from the time we let you in so long as an appointment is made within 24 hrs of the auction ending. Payments will need to be made over the phone including the cleaning deposit before arrival.
The cleaning deposit will be refunded once a picture of the cleaned-out unit has been texted or emailed to the facility's phone #/email address. Refunds will be back on your card in 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days claim the unit. Upon claiming the contents you must remove everything by the end of that office day. All pickups must occur during facility office hours.
This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Debit, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover
Please note that when collecting the contents of this unit you must make an appointment prior to arrival.The office hours of this facility are: 9AM-5PM
