2. Units are sold “As-Is, Where-Is.” No guarantees or warranties.
3. Winning bidder must notify facility within 24 hours to arrange time for payment and access.
4. Winning bidder to provide their own lock(s) to secure the unit after payment has been made.
5. A $100 refundable cash security deposit is required from each winning bidder. The deposit will be returned only after the unit is fully emptied and left in broom-clean condition, as determined by Guam Mini Storage.
6. Winning bidders must remove all contents within 72 hours, unless approved by Guam Mini Storage.
7. Illegal items discovered must be turned over to the proper authorities.
8. No access to dumpster on site.
9. No smoking on the premises.
10. No pets on the property.
11. No leaving trash/garbage behind.
12. Please return ALL government issued I.D's or documents found in the unit back to the office.
Note: All terms listed below are superceded by any facility or auction terms listed above.
This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.
This unit has a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Cash, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.
This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Cash
