Additional Notes About This Unit
you’ll find multiple dressers and chests of drawers, a recliner, an upholstered side chair, and a gaming-style floor chair. There’s also a queen-size mattress propped up along the side wall. Several large cardboard boxes, including Amazon-labeled ones, are stacked throughout the unit and appear to be filled with miscellaneous household goods. Additional items include a filing cabinet, side tables, and a few smaller wood furniture pieces

2. Appointments need to be made for entry into unit for the first time.
3. No smoking on property
4. No pets on property
5. No access to dumpster on site.
6. No leaving trash or garbage behind.

This unit has a 3 days pickup timeline. This means after the auction has ended you have 3 days to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

This unit has a $150 refundable cleaning deposit. You get this deposit back after you have emptied out the unit completely. You must pay this deposit with: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, and show photo ID and your confirmation number or you will not be given access to the unit.

This facility accepts the following types of payment for the final bid amount: Debit, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover
